By creating an account or using Heartline, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Heartline. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Accounts found to belong to minors will be terminated immediately.

3. Account & Verification

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• Profile verification is mandatory. You must submit a verification selfie before you can use the platform.
• Fake profiles, impersonation, or catfishing will result in permanent ban.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• Post explicit, violent, or illegal content
• Use the platform for commercial purposes, advertising, or spam
• Create multiple accounts
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Share other users' private information outside the platform
• Solicit money from other users

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, messages, bio). By uploading, you grant Heartline a license to display it within the platform. We do not sell or share your content with third parties.

6. Safety & Reporting

If you encounter inappropriate behavior, use the Report function. We review all reports and may take action including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans. We cooperate with law enforcement when required.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Upon deletion, your data is permanently removed.

8. Disclaimer

Heartline is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee matches, relationships, or the accuracy of user profiles. We are not responsible for the behavior of users you interact with. Always exercise caution when meeting someone in person.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via the platform.
