Yes! Heartline is completely free. You can create a profile, swipe, match, and chat at no cost. We may introduce optional premium features in the future.

Use clear, recent photos of yourself. Write a genuine bio that shows your personality. Add your interests so we can find better matches for you. The more complete your profile, the more matches you'll get.

When you and another person both swipe right on each other, you'll see a match animation. You can then go to your Matches tab and start a conversation with them.

Absolutely! Go to Settings to adjust your age range, distance, gender preferences, and what you're looking for at any time.

Open the chat with that person, click the three-dot menu (⋮) in the top right, and select "Report". Choose a reason and add any details. Our team reviews all reports within 24 hours.

In any chat, click the three-dot menu and select "Block". They won't be able to see your profile or contact you. You can also unmatch if you just want to remove the conversation.

We take privacy seriously. Your passwords are encrypted, your data is stored securely, and we never share personal information with third parties. See our privacy practices on the About page.

Set your city in your profile and your maximum distance in Settings. We'll show you people within that range first. You can adjust the distance from 5km to 500km.

Yes. Go to Settings and scroll to the bottom. You can deactivate (temporary) or permanently delete your account and all associated data.

We show you profiles that match your gender and age preferences. Profiles with shared interests are prioritized, and recently active users appear first.
